You’re managing responsibilities. You’re showing up. But something isn’t working—and pushing harder isn’t changing it.

In Englewood and throughout the Denver area, I work with professionals who are used to functioning at a high level. From the outside, your life may look solid—but internally, it can feel very different.

We look at the patterns underneath the stress—the ones that shape how you think and respond. Often, these patterns were learned early—in your family, in the roles you took on.

You may have been the one who needed to have the answers. The one others relied on. Those patterns helped you succeed—but now may be limiting.

You keep trying to think your way through it—and it’s not working.

Something isn’t working—but it’s hard to name exactly what it is

From the outside, you’re functioning. But internally, it feels more complicated.

You handle a lot—but feel depleted. You can’t turn your mind off. Insight hasn’t led to change. You’re used to having answers—and now you don’t.

You’re not falling apart—but you’re not where you want to be either.

How I Work

There isn’t a single formula I apply. I focus on how you think and where you get stuck. I’m direct, and we look at what’s actually driving your reactions.

My work is informed by psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches—but is always tailored to the individual.

If this feels familiar, it may be time to look at it more closely

You may have been managing this on your own for a long time. At a certain point, that stops working. If you’re ready to look at it differently, you’re welcome to reach out.
